These are multi player tournaments with a difference say the buy in to one of these tournaments is $20. $10 goes in to the normal prize fund and $10 goes into the cash out prize fund if each player starts with 1500 chips then 1500 chips is worth $10 players can cash out chips in 10% increments of the original stack.

So if you take the above example players can make partial cash of amounts like these.
